CONDUCTED & PACKAGED TOUR:

APTDC has given high priority to the second most important aspects in tourism development - providing convenient conducted tours. Major expansion & revamping of the Transport Wing of the Corporation over the past three years have given a major thrust in this area.
At present 63 hi-tech coaches, 29 world famous Volvo coaches, 8 air-conditioned hi-tech coaches, 4 semi-sleepers, 11 mini vehicles, 1 vintage coach & 10 Qualis are being operated for Conducted & Packaged Tours from 8 centres of Andhra Pradesh. As many as 54 Tour Circuits covered by the Corporation encompass all major pilgrim centres, nature spots, leisure places, hills & valleys in Andhra Pradesh.
The transport fleet has a wide mix of vehicles ranging from Volvo A/C coaches, semi sleepers and hi-tech coaches, to a vintage coach, mini vehicles and Qualis MUVs. This augmented fleet has helped the Corporation introduce new tours and tour packages

APTDC can plan & organise leisure time activities for groups, both corporate & individual. For instance, employees from companies, institutions or those attending as delegates (& their spouses) at various conference, boat rides on the launches, even exclusive dinner parties on the boat can be arranged. For those looking for more traditional fare, chowki dinner for groups for cultural shows & such exclusive leisure time activities can be organised.

HIRE CHARGES FOR HI-TECH VOLVO & MINI COACHES

Note: Apart from the above tariff service tax 10.2% is applicable to all
types of coaches.

a. 20 Kms is charged for every extra hour between 6.00 am to 6.00 pm (Day) (or) Actual Kilometrege whichever is higher.
b. 15 Kms is charged for every extra hour between 6.00 am to 6.00 pm (Night) (or) Actual Kilometrege whichever is higher.
c. Fraction of an hour is treated as full hour for computation of Kilometerage
d. A/c Hi - tech and Volvo buses are hired subject to availability.

CUSTOMISED / STRUCTURED TOURS BY A/C TOYOTA QUAILS

1.Minimum 4 hrs 40 Kms.600/-, 8 hrs 80 kms.Rs.900/- 10 kms is charged for every extra hour (or) actual kilometerage whichever is higher @ Rs.8.50/-per km.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CHARTER SERVICES

a. The hirer should submit his tour programme in advance.
b. b. Kilometers will be counted from Garage.
c. The timings will be reckoned from the time the vehicle starts from garage.
d. 20% estimated tour advance extra should be deposited before commencement of tour.
e. A Reservation fee of Rs.100/- will be collected along with tour advance.
f. No over load will be allowed.
g. If any hire contract is cancelled, the Reservation Fee shall be forfeited in addition to cancellation charges.
h. The inter state taxes & other taxes if any should be borne by the hirer.
i. The permit fee shall be borne by the hirer.
j. The hirer shall be responsible for guiding the driver on the route.
k. The Corporation does not take responsibility for any delay, damages caused due to breakdown, accident, mechanical failures etc.
l. Rules of the Corporation are applicable in finalising all hire contracts.
m. Service Tax will be levied on the tariff.

• Only one postponement/Pre-ponement is permitted before 24 hours subject to availability.
• If one postponement/Pre-ponement is availed, no further postmonement-preponement or cancellation will be permitted.
• If the booking is made through the agents, cancellation also should be done through that agent only.
